When will my order ship?
Fanzz is committed to delivering the product you want, when you want it. Orders
placed by 2:00 pm Mountain Time will ship on the same day ordered. Orders placed
after 2 pm will ship on the following business day. Normal shipping days are Monday
through Friday and exclude some major holidays. The only products that are an exception
to this policy state the shipping time in the product description.

What methods of payment are accepted at Fanzz.com?
Fanzz.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
If you have any questions about the payment methods accepted, please don't hesitate

Can I return an online order at a Fanzz store location?
Yes, just take your packing slip with your unworn product to any
Fanzz location.

How can I cancel my order?
Because of our commitment to ship orders the same day they are placed, we usually
cannot stop an order before it is shipped. Please review your order carefully during
check out to make sure it is accurate. If you need assistance feel free to contact
us and we will attempt to accommodate you in any way we can.

Do you pay sales tax at Fanzz.com?
We are currently required by state laws to charge sales tax in states where we have
retail locations. This means that we charge
sales tax in California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Texas, and Wyoming.

Can I combine orders?
Our system is currently unable to combine orders once they have been placed. Please
check back at a later date to see if our policy has changed.

Are the prices on Fanzz.com the same as the store prices?
As often as possible, we will attempt to keep products on Fanzz.com and in our retail locations priced the same. We may, however,
have certain promotions on Fanzz.com or in our retail stores that do not coincide.

Do you carry the same products on Fanzz.com as in your retail stores?
We will offer similar products online as we do in our
retail stores. Team selection, however, may be different because most of
our retail stores focus on regional markets while Fanzz.com is committed to serving
customers on a national basis.

Are all items shown on Fanzz.com in stock?
Yes, all items shown on Fanzz.com are in stock. Our site is designed so that as
soon as the last item of a style is sold it will be “dropped” from the
site so it cannot be purchased. In the case of an error in our inventory system
we will notify you immediately and make every effort possible to get the product
you have ordered to you as quick as possible.

Does Fanzz offer franchise opportunities?
Fanzz is a privately held corporation that is currently under a central management
team. We currently do not offer franchise opportunities.

What is your mailing list and how can I join?
We are committed to building a loyal customer base and have created a mailing list
to keep our customers informed of new products, upcoming promotions, and other Fanzz
information. To join, enter your email address on our homepage in the space after
“Get Fanzz News and Special Offers”. You may choose to be removed from
this list at a future date. Your information will be kept by Fanzz and not sold
or given to any other companies.

Are product colors identical to those shown in the pictures?
We have made every effort to display products exactly as they will look when you
receive them. The pictures may appear differently, however, based on the monitor
that you view them on.

Does Fanzz sell products for bulk orders?
In many cases yes we do. If you need large quantities of products for your team,
workplace or other group, please call us at (888) 326-9946 during business hours.
Due to our large numbers of retail stores we can typically acquire all the products you need very quickly.
Our dedicated team of buyers have great relationships with the manufacturers as well so give us a call
today for your large orders!

How do I know my hat size for a fitted hat?
The following chart will help you determine the fitted hat size that is right for
you. Measure your head where a hat would typically sit on and then refer to the
chart for your hat size.

Does Fanzz.com ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Fanzz uses a mail forwarding service called Bongo International to allow you to receive a packages worldwide.
Bongo provides international customers with a US address where Fanzz will ship the
product. This address is actually
Bongo's warehouse where they will then forward your package to you anywhere
in the world. You can also combine shipment's from other US only retailers. Bongo International is $5 per order for verification and
additional shipping costs. Sign up
today and they will give you the address you need to complete your Fanzz.com
international order.

What is your Return Policy?
Items may be returned within 60 days if items are current, unworn, and in original
condition including original scent. Clearance and special order sales are final
including traded player jerseys (no exchanges or refunds). All dated special event
sales are final (i.e. NBA finals or World Series merchandise). All autographed memorabilia
sales are final. All underwear item sales are final. All personalized merchandise
sales are final. To return you item please follow these 5 simple steps:
- Pack the item in the original package, if possible.
- Complete and detach the provided return request slip and include with your returned
merchandise. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing list for your records
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a manufacturer error or
a shipping error on our part.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your
return and insure the full amount of the item. Fanzz is not responsible for lost
or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain
the tracking reference number when you ship your package.
- Please ship all returns and exchanges to:

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase
within 60 days of our receiving your returned product. Fanzz retains the right to
refuse any returned merchandise at their discretion.
You may exchange items at any Fanzz retail-mall locations.
Please take a copy of your pack sheet along with the unworn item. Refunds must be
processed through the above return department address.
Exchanges
We suggest you place an order for the new item you are wanting at the same time
you return your original order. If you wait until your return is processed, the
new item you desire may be out of stock. By placing your new order today, you will
receive the item much quicker with a much better chance that it is in stock. Your
original will be refunded when received by our return department.
